Fulfillment & Refund Policy

In-Person Classes:

  • Upon purchasing an in-person class, customers receive a confirmation email with event details.
  • Customers must present a valid ID upon arrival at the class venue for entry.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please contact support at sshields@jsyc.com.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the class date for a full refund.
  • No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Online Courses:

  • Online courses are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase via the user’s email.
  • After purchase, customers will receive an email with instructions on how to access their course.
  • Courses are available to customers indefinitely, with no expiration on access.
  • Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are only available if no more than 10% of the course has been accessed.
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to the original payment method.
