TN MEDIATOR STUDY GROUP

Free Registration
March, 2025 10:30am-Noon (CST)

Connect with fellow mediators to discuss challenges in your mediations, gain fresh perspectives and refine your approach through group discussion.

I am excited to invite you to participate in the TN Mediator Study Group. This forum provides a place for mediators to discuss difficult cases, share practical ideas and build professional relationships. Each study session will include a group discussion about challenging moments in mediations, discussion about a Rule 31 ethical principle and a review of an article or book that would be a helpful resource in your mediation practice. Whether you are a seasoned mediator or new to the field, this is your chance to share ideas and build professional relationships.

The online format will allow mediators from across the state to participate in a collaborative environment where we can all learn from each other for growth as mediation professionals. Each group session will be led by experienced mediators.

Typically, the study session will be 1 hour; however, we have scheduled the first session for 1 ½ hours to include brainstorming about future ideas and best times to schedule the sessions.
